- Service Fees: Fees for our legal services are detailed in our engagement letter. Payment terms, including hourly rates, flat fees, and retainer agreements, will be specified in the engagement letter.
- Payment Terms: Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any information related to your case without your express consent, except as required by law.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by us, including legal documents, advice, and resources, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use these materials solely for your personal or business purposes related to your case. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.

- By Client: You may terminate our Services at any time by providing written notice. You are responsible for paying for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
- By Firm: We reserve the right to terminate our Services if you fail to comply with these Terms, fail to make timely payments, or if we determine that continued representation would be unethical or impractical.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Bellingham, Washington. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bellingham, Washington.
