  • Service Fees: Fees for our legal services are detailed in our engagement letter. Payment terms, including hourly rates, flat fees, and retainer agreements, will be specified in the engagement letter.
  • Payment Terms: Invoices are due and payable within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. We will not disclose any information related to your case without your express consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by us, including legal documents, advice, and resources, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from these materials without our prior written consent.

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our Services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Bellingham, Washington. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bellingham, Washington.
